Party idea: Minecraft Party

I just ran across the pictures from my daughter's last birthday party, a Minecraft Party, although she was turning Nine do we called it a Nine-craft party. 

Now, keep on mind that this party was prior to there being any store bought Ninecraft party stuff available .. Which there is now. But still some cute ideas.
