Pan Roasted Dilled Asparagus


Such a fresh and warm asparagus side dish, perfect with just about any meal. 

What you need:
1 bunch of asparagus 
1 tblsp butter
1 tblsp olive oil 
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp dill
Garlic salt and pepper

In a medium pan, over medium high heat, melt butter and heat olive oil. Add asparagus, chopped garlic, and seasonings. Sauté until asparagus begins to caramelize and is fork tender. Remove from heat and serve.
