Spinach Artichoke Dip


The perfect combination of warm creamy goodness and earthy vegetables atop a crisp, salty chip! Perfect!

What you need:
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 can artichoke hearts packed in water
1/2 can diced green chilies
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Tblsp ranch dressing mix
1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Preheat oven to 350. 

Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse until it comes together with the texture you like ( I like mine more on the chunky side). 

Spoon into an oven safe dish and heat in oven for 15-20 minutes. 

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
